We had a great time hosting a self defense class for some of our Ashland student athletes!

We had an awesome return to classes with lots of fun in the kids class and some flying off the wall in the adult/teens class. It was great to see so many returning and new faces. It's not too late to get started training for that first belt, Come check us out!

Let's not worry about New Year's resolutions, instead, let's make the choice everyday to do things that help us be healthy and happy. It doesn't matter if yesterday didn't go so well. Today's a new day and so is every day 😃.
Taekwondo could be that thing for you or your kids or both! We have a kids class from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45p.m. and an adult/ teen class from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Classes are Tuesday and Thursdays starting this Tuesday January 6th. https://www.facebook.com/share/1AbP73tQrJ/

Kids these days spend a lot of time on screens zoning out from the physical world, especially during these breaks from school. Taekwondo is a great activity to get kids moving, off screens, and learning body coordination skills and respect for others. Our kids' and adults' classes start back up Tuesday, January 6th. Classes are Tuesday and Thursdays at 6pm for the kids and 7pm for the adults. Come join us!

It's time for our annual winter break. Classes will start back up January 6th. The new year is a great time to join us for our tykes', kids', and adults' classes.

We had a great Christmas party last night! Some kicking and punching, a couple speed contests and treats shared by all. Regular scheduled classes on Dec 22,. Then we're off for holiday break until our new schedule resumes on January 6th with classes on Tuesday and Thursdays (youth 6-6:45 and Adult & teens 7:00-8:00). We hope you all take some time to enjoy your loved ones.

Congratulations to our newest Master - 4th Degree Master Jeff Hall. Also Ms. Hope had a great test for 1st Degree this weekend. Congrats to you both on your new belts!

Our October Women's Self Defense Workshop is coming NEXT WEEK, on 10-15-25. Attend, talk about, help us spread the word. Will be a fun class with good information!
