📣 Registration is officially OPEN for the 2026 SOU Spirit Squad Youth & High School Clinic!

Join us for a day of learning, dancing, cheering, stunting, games, and Raider spirit with the SOU Cheer & Dance Team!

✨ Every clinic participant is invited back the following Saturday to perform and cheer with us on the sidelines during the first half of the SOU football game—an unforgettable game day experience!

Grab your friends, register today, and come be part of Raider Nation. We can’t wait to cheer with you!

We had so much fun being back on the competition floor at USA Nationals. We already have our sights set on the road to 2027!

Catch our Spirit Squad dancers at halftime tomorrow as they take the floor to showcase their Nationals routine before heading off to compete next week!

This performance is the result of months of hard work, long practices, and serious passion and we’d love to feel the support from our home crowd as we send them off in style 🖤

Our Spring Recruitment clinic dates are announced! Registration link will be posted soon 🔗

We’ve moved our recruiting clinics to Sundays this year to make attendance easier.

Our recruitment clinics are open to high school Juniors & Seniors and college transfers! We also are changing our official tryout process this year, so these clinics are a perfect opportunity to be seen in person before skills videos are due for tryouts! Keep an eye out for the official tryout information post coming soon.
