Congratulations to Lovey LaPointe of the Bayfield School District, a CESA 12 Youth Apprenticeship Student of the Quarter!

Lovey brings professionalism, initiative and a wonderful can do attitude to her workplace. She communicates and plans ahead, volunteers for additional shifts when needed and successfully balances work, volleyball and challenging academics. Her mentor describes her as a tremendous asset to the team and a pleasure to work with.

Becky genuinely cares for her students as individuals. She combines compassion and encouragement with high expectations, helping students develop confidence, independence and professionalism. Even during the busiest workdays, Becky makes time to support her Youth Apprentices and collaborate with the school and Youth Apprenticeship program.

Aron has earned this recognition through his excellent attendance, dependability and commitment to producing quality work. He communicates effectively,
demonstrates strong problem solving skills and is always willing to help others. Aron has become a valued member of his workplace team and represents Youth Apprenticeship exceptionally well.
