Ashland Childcare Center is looking for energetic, caring, and dependable Child Care Educators to join our growing team!

Our educators have the opportunity to work with children from infancy through preschool, creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

👶 Multiple Age Groups Available
🐨 Infants: 0–12 months
🐢 Toddlers: 12–24 months
🦁 Young Toddlers: 24–36 months
🐘 Preschool: 36+ months

Placement may be based on your experience, interests, and the needs of our center.

What You'll Do
Create fun, age-appropriate learning activities
Provide loving and attentive care
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom
Assist with meals, snacks, rest time, outdoor play, and daily routines
Communicate with families and work as part of a supportive teaching team
Participate in training and professional development
What We're Looking For

✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ Previous child care experience preferred
✔️ Ability to work with children of different ages
✔️ Reliable, patient, caring, and enthusiastic
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
✔️ Must meet required background and state clearances
