Montessori Materials by Request

Hand made Montessori materials made by a trained Montessori teacher. I absolutely want to know if you have any issues in the short or long term.

An important part of the Montessori philosophy is to attract the children to the work and these beautiful items do that. In my shop you will find carefully made plain and labeled envelope pouches, three part card pouches and early reading work. I put a great deal of effort into making these wonderful pouches for you Each pouch is lined with a cream colored canvas and has a lovely calico fabric on

the outside. The pattern is beautiful but small so it attracts the children without distracting from the work. The variety of colors allows you to choose something that coordinates with the work inside; for example plant work would go wonderfully in the green pouches. I also work very carefully and check the quality after finishing; if a pouch (or other material) does not meet my standards then it is sold as imperfect. A happy customer has this to say about the three part card pouches:
"I love love love these card pouches. They are beautifully made with nice material, soft but very sturdy. I purchased a rainbow assortment and my homeschool classroom looks absolutely fantastic. I have ordered from this seller already before, and I will definitely order again in the future. I love the vinyl envelope in the front to put a label. My kids are loving their new lessons. The pouches make a huge difference. Before all the cards were just shoved in an envelope. Now because they are separated they are much more likely to do the lessons correctly, with less frustration." Check out the phonogram booklet changes and the phonogram PDF upgrades! Finished booklets: I have split the phonogram booklets into 2 sets so that you can get fewer if you choose to. PDFs: #1 The booklets are now organized vertically in columns so that you can make the booklets more easily and use them as reading strips instead of cards. #2 I have created a document without dividing lines between the words. You use whichever you find easier. Link to the store is above.

These are clearance pouches in my discontinued fabric. These are NOT imperfect, just the discontinued fabric. The prices low, supplies are limited and they are selling quickly. I have sold some of the envelope pouches since I took the picture this afternoon. Prices are on the pictures.

The envelope pouches measure approximately 5 3/4 by 3 3/4 inches on the inside.

The inside of the pockets of the 3 part card pouches have the following approximate measurements:
4 3/4 inches by 6 inches (height is to top of the pouch)
4 3/4 inches by 6 inches
2 1/4 inches by 6 inches

I have been the owner and creator of Montessori Materials by Request for more than 10 years. Last month I decided that I will no longer make and sell fabric items. So when they are gone they are gone. This listing is of items in my first fabric. When they are gone I will move into selling the newer items here.

I am no longer making sewn items in my shop. What I have made is what I have. There are 4 of the unique sets left. When they are gone that's it.

For various reasons I have decided to stop selling fabric items in my store. If you want anything now is the time to get it.
Also...
I have a large roll of sturdy, clear vinyl that I am thinking about making pockets and pouches out of. These would be easier to clean and sanitize than fabric. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in. I am willing to do custom sizes and styles.

I will continue to offer PDFs and language materials.
