Day 3 of the Ohio FFA Convention was an amazing way to wrap up an unforgettable week!
We started the day by attending the first session where several of our members were recognized for their accomplishments. Congratulations to Sydney Spellman, Emma Martin, and Hannah McNaull for earning their Gold Rated Record Books!
During the session, we also had the opportunity to watch our State Champion Floriculture Team walk across the stage for placing 1st in Ohio! Congratulations to team members Gwenyth Miller, Elise Frazer, Hannah McNaull, and Haley McNaull on this outstanding achievement. A special congratulations also goes out to Haley McNaull for placing 1st individually in the state!
After the session, we began our trip home, making stops at Cabelaβs and Texas Roadhouse for lunch along the way. Thank you to everyone who helped make this convention such a great experience for our members!

Day 2 at the Ohio FFA State Convention was a busy and exciting day for our chapter! πππ½
We started the day off exploring the Expo Center and seeing all the opportunities, vendors, and activities convention has to offer. We then attended the first session and were proud to have Nick Cartwright and Emma Martin represent our chapter as delegates during the delegate session.
Throughout the day, members attended workshops, returned to the Expo Center, and continued learning more about leadership, agriculture, and future career opportunities. Students enjoyed listening to keynote speaker, Jason Hewlett, during the second session. We wrapped up the day by attending the third session where we got to witness our very own, Haley McNaull, place 1st in the State for her Specialized Crop Production Proficiency Award! What an accomplishment achieved by this outstanding member!

Day 1 of the Ohio FFA State Convention! π½ππ
We left around 3 on April 29th and made our way down to Columbus for an exciting few days at convention. Before heading to the hotel, we stopped at Scene 75 where everyone had a great time hanging out, playing games, and making memories together. Thank you to the Ashland FFA Alumni for sponsoring this fun and engaging opportunity to celebrate our members' successes!
To end the night, we spent time bonding in the hotel lobby, laughing and enjoying time together as a chapter.
