👏 That’s a wrap! 🎉
Let’s take a moment to thank the 22-23 Student Sustainability Team for all their hard work this year! Here are some highlighted accomplishments from this year:
- Held the first ever Climate Justice Conference, bringing people together to discuss Climate Justice, Activism, Racial Justice and Equity, and Fire Resilience
- Set records for Food Pantry attendance and use, supporting students fighting food insecurity on campus
- Held several events and work parties in the SOU Community Garden
- Organized Rogue Earth Day celebration with community partners and sponsors
- and much much more!
As the term comes to a close, make sure to share you appreciation for the great student-led programs on campus! Though the SusTeam office will be closed till Fall, some services, like the Food Pantry, will continue to run through Summer.
