We did NOT “unplug Ohio’s kids” like Ohio legislators claimed when banning their personal cell phones. There are so many things wrong with technology “partners”! For example, I-ready being sued for unlawfully gathering and sharing sensitive student data with third-party vendors (such as Google and Clever) without proper parental consent. It’s not JUST I-ready, the school has no idea who has access to your children’s data or where it goes. We are failing to protect our children’s right to privacy, and this starts in kindergarten. . . This mom !
