Such a special experience discussing this critical topic with special educators!

Grateful to spend time at the AT-TIES conference talking about one of the most important (and often challenging) parts of our work-partnering with caregivers. When emotions run high, it’s easy for conversations to escalate. When we instead stay grounded, lead with curiosity, and focus on connection, we create space for true partnership. So much appreciation for the educators doing this work every day.
