BWSC T-Shirts are in!!! If you placed an order they are available for pickup!

I will be at Cheatham County Saddle Club’s Open Show tonight and you can pickup there… or

You can come by the house to pickup, just need to know when you’re coming…or

You can get them at the State Show

Please advise which of the three pickup
Times you prefer.

Also, we will wear BWSC T-Shirts Thursday night since we have to work the Trail Class that night. Then again on Sunday for the Barrels. Please wear them then and show your support for our club.
Just shake em out, hang up to air out then put back on. Don’t matter we’re at a Horse Show.

TSCA STATE SHOW MEETING
Tonight 7:00 here at Arena
Monday, August 3rd

Required for Sign-Up

*Current Coggins for every horse that will be entered.
I will have printer to make needed copies.

* Coggins must remain current through at least September 7, 2026.

* Please write the following at the top of each Coggins

* Rider’s name

Many Coggins certificates are issued under a registered name or another owner’s name, making them difficult to match to the rider. Labeling them ahead of time will help us and the ladies processing paperwork to quickly and accurately match.

Entry Information

* Entry fee: $7 per event

* Club draw number:7

Your rider number will be assigned based on your qualifying position (1st through 5th).

Armbands

State Show armbands will be available

* I will have them until August 10

Cost:

* $10 each if purchased through the club.

* $17 each if purchased at the State Show.

All riders are required to wear an armband, except riders ages 6 and under.

If you plan to bring a UTV or other approved motorized vehicle to the State Show, please provide the following information on a sheet of paper and leave it with me:

* Make

* Model

* VIN

* Color

Please review the State Show rules regarding approved transportation before bringing a vehicle. Your assigned UTV number will be ready for pickup at the office. This is required by the security company.

Hey Horse Show Friends and Family🐴

It’s Friday, July 31st and tonight is our last show of the season.

If you’re needing another ride or points to be eligible for State Show, well tonight is your last opportunity to do so!

Show starts at 7:30 p.m. with Week 1 Show Bill being run. Figure 8 Flag and One Barrel Speed being the alternate classes for the night in addition to every week classes.

Hey Horse Show Family and Friends 🐴
It’s Friday, July 24th and we are having a horse show! Show starts at 7:30.

We will be running Week 2 Show Bill which is Key Hole, Arena Flag and Figure 8 Speed. Next week Friday July 31st will be our last show for the season. We will run Week 1 Show Bill which is Figure 8 Flag and One Barrel Speed. These two shows will be your last chance to get your rides and points needed to be eligible to ride at State Show.

Point Book will be available on the table at sign up window.
State Show sign up meeting will be Monday, August 3rd at 7:00 here at the arena.
