Attention ACESA Parents:

We have heard from many of you that you have not received the flyer sent home about the Valentine’s Day Candy Gram we are doing for our students. We work hard to ensure that ample time is given for you to participate in events we do for the kids. The snow days snuck up on everybody and we were a few days late getting these out. However, they were distributed to teachers last week and should have come home by now.

For those who did not receive one, you can find the link to participate below. We will be distributing a candy gram to every single student whether or not you participate, but participation makes it easier for us to do it without being at a loss and for us to reach our big goal this year.

As always, we appreciate your support in helping do things like this for our students! It brings a smile to their faces!

Deadline: February 8th!

Send a Valentine to one or more students, or choose to send one to the entire class or grade so nobody is left out! All proceeds benefit the students of Ashland ...

It’s almost time to shop! Be sure to check out the Holiday Shop next Monday and Tuesday, December 18-19! Your kids will be able to give everyone in the family special gifts they pick out themselves ❤️🖤🤍 The forms were put in mailboxes today to hopefully go home tomorrow, be sure to return them before Monday so your child will be able to shop!

We will also need volunteers both days if you or anyone you know can help out. Please reach out to us!

LONG POST ALERT! Please read till the end!

HOLIDAY SHOP is coming up December 18-19, your kids will be able to shop for family members and have gifts to give on Christmas! We will be needing volunteers both days. A percentage of everything sold does go to the PTO!

Ever wonder what the money is raised for? The PTO plans to bring in a Book Vending machine ASAP! We are so excited about this and we were hoping to keep it a surprise, but we really need participation in all fundraisers and events to be able to make this happen ❤️

The Book Vending machine will be used to give children a little motivation if needed or to reward a child for doing outstanding or making improvements, those decisions will be up to the teachers.

If you ever have questions or want to join or volunteer please reach out to us! We need all the parent and teacher involvement we can get to make learning an adventure for our kids ❤️

Our awesome fundraiser is coming to a close this week. Money is due on Friday 11/17. Alternatively, we have a convenient way to order online. All you need is the kids name you are supporting, their grade, and their teachers name!
