Yesterday we had the opportunity to attend the Annual Lower Cumberland District FFA Meeting hosted at Sycamore and we had a blast! President Ty Woods participated in Opening and Closing Ceremonies and we competed in many fun games. We love to fellowship with chapters around us and grow closer as an officer team!

What a great day at the TN State Fair competing in multiple contests and attending the 11th Annual Ham Breakfast! Huge thank you to State Representative Matt Van Epps’ office for inviting us to the breakfast this morning, we had a wonderful time!

Officers Lexi Campbell, Ty Woods, and Paisley Baldwin attended the Ashland City Farm Bureau meeting this evening. We had a wonderful time learning about agriculture in our county, discussing industry partnerships, and even getting to hear some live parliamentary procedure. Thank you so much for having us and your continued support of our chapter/program!

FFA Officer Retreat this past week! We learned about our personality types and officer responsibilities, competed in a FFA themed escape room, planned this year’s Program of Activities, had a pool party, cooked meals for each other and practiced etiquette, and finally played lots of games such as human battleship. The junior officer team won both the escape room and the human battleship, great job guys! 🏆 Be on the lookout for all the amazing events and activities they will be hosting for our members this school year!
