Right now, with all the cleaning and sanitizing restrictions placed on us and the decreased enrollment numbers because of “summer”, I don’t see us being able to re-open before the first of August.

I know everyone has heard about the schools not returning. I have no idea what than means for Funshine’s kids. As soon as I come to a decision I will let y’all know.

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that we will be closing after Friday, March 20 until further notice. With the increased number of confirmed cases Nation wide and the confirmed case in Houston county today I feel I have no other choice in keeping the children and staff’s safety number one. Obviously, you will not be responsible for tuition while we must be closed in response to COVID-19.

Right now my plan is to be open through this March 20. I will revaluate the situation at the end of the week. If I see that conditions change I will let everyone now ASAP.
