How to elavate Tofu ? This was an impromptu dinner I made for a friend and myself. I marinated the slices of tofu in tamari, and rice wine for 10 minutes. Dredged the tofu in a combo of almond flour & Arrowroot with a pinch of salt. Dipped the floured tofu in a beaten egg , then sauté in a hot nonstick pan with olive oil, or ghee. Finish with a squeeze of lime, and chopped chives. So Delicious…. Let me know if you give it a try , and how it turned out.
