The system failed Yada and his family. Not because they are bad people. Because nobody gave them the tools.
Here is what my poly life has taught me that I could not have learned any other way.
When you are building relationships with multiple people — you have no choice but to develop real communication skills. Real consent practices. Real agreements. Real accountability.
Because without those tools everything collapses.
You ONE loving relationship or multiple loving relationships without building an entirely new set of cultural skills and values from the ground up.
Our current culture does not have a path for relationships that harmonizes humans.
That is what I have spent 20 years doing - creating that pathway.
