What a fun and exciting second week in Ms. Taylor and Ms. Rachel’s Pre-K 4s class! ❤️ We had so much to celebrate this week!

We wrapped up our week with our very first Color Day…..Red Day! ❤️ We enjoyed a yummy red snack, danced and played in our fun red hats, became color detectives, and shared our favorite red things during Red Show & Share!

This week we also learned about God’s promises as we read the story of Noah’s Ark, practiced our cutting and gluing skills with our “Scissor Salads,” celebrated our very first class birthday, and had so much fun sharing special things from our All About Me Bags!

We are so proud of how much our little learners are growing, learning, and getting to know one another. What a wonderful second week! 🍎✂️❤️🌈

We finished a wonderful first week in Pre-K 4/5!
We have loved getting to know each other better, learning about God as our Creator, enjoying our “Quiet Critters”, playing games, playing with toys, counting during calendar time, singing in class, morning playtime outside, learning our class rules, learning morning routines and snack time routines, and just being happy as we become our own little class family. Ms. Mary & Ms. Megan absolutely love our class! 💗❤️💙💜💛💚🩵🧡🩷

✨ WEEK ONE IS IN THE BOOKS! Ms. Taylor and Ms. Rachel’s little classroom that could was FILLED with so much joy this week, and that’s just the way we like it! 🥰💛

We spent the week getting to know each other, singing ALL the songs, sipping some jitter juice, painting our names, learning about our Bible and how to pray, making our class family bracelets, and celebrating with a special snack for completing Four Days of Fours! 🎉 We even made it to the playground every single day! 🙌🏼

Four year old giggles, new friendships, growing independence, growing in faith, and SO many sweet little moments made this first week one we won’t forget. We are already so proud of our little class family and all the growing we’ve seen in just five days!

❤️Day 2 for Pre-K 4/5’s was another great day! ❤️
🌻We practiced our swinging skills, learning how to “pump” the swing stretching out our legs and shoulders! It was so exciting seeing the children learn to make their swings move all by themselves!
🌺We read, The Kissing Hand, by Audrey Penn, and learned a special way to remember our parents’ love!
🪻We talked about and shared who God is - from Creator, to all knowing, to all powerful, to HOLY, and to all present! ❤️
🌼We are learning and practicing our daily routines, and getting better with these!
🌸Our “Quiet (or Silent) Critters” have become a special part of our day. They help us focus when we are working on something at our seats because they get very upset if our room gets loud. So we keep them by our sides when we need to work in a quiet way. Today, we even got to quietly read/share books with them. 🥰
🌹Oh, and we played, “Doggie, Doggie Where’s Your Bone?” The children loved this!
🥰Ms. Mary & Ms. Megan love our sweet little class so much! What a blessing and privilege to see these sweet faces everyday! 💕

Pre-K 4/5’s had a GREAT first day! Fun with toys, fun on the playground, met our silent critters, Who Took the Cookies From the Cookie Jar Game, Koosh ball name learning fun, earning stamps on our behavior charts, and counting during calendar time! We are loving our new friends, caring for, and helping each other! It’s a great day to be in Pre-K!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Today we blessed 9 little backpacks in Ms. Taylor & Ms. Rachel’s class, what a sweet new tradition we are starting, and a simple and sweet reminder of His love. 🎒🙏🏼💕

I may not be able to share pictures of all the First Day fun yet, but just know these little faces brought SO much joy into our classroom! We are so happy to be back, and we already feel so incredibly blessed to get to love, teach, and pray over these little ones this year. 🥹

Last week of 3 year old preschool for Ms. Wendy and Ms. Rachel’s class!

☀️ We celebrated summer birthdays! 🎉

🐳 We learned about Jonah and the big fish and had a parade!

🐣 We visited the kindergarten class to see their baby chicks who had just hatched!

😎 We celebrated what Bright Stars these kids are with an end of year party!

🏆 Each student received a special award!

🎓 On graduation day, we had a wonderful surprise visitor! Ms. Tara was able to join us and made it a perfect day!

❤️ What incredibly special and amazing kiddos we had in our class! Each child grew so much this year! We can’t wait to see what great, exciting things God has planned for each of you! Parents, thank you for sharing these precious children with us! We love each of them so much! ❤️

What a beautiful and emotional few days we had at the end of the year in Ms. Taylor’s Pre-K 4s. 💙🎓

From our awards party, to our end of year performance, to graduation day, my heart has been so full. Watching these sweet kiddos grow this year has been such a blessing and a true gift from God.

Saying goodbye to this class has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done as a teacher. They each brought so much joy, love, laughter, and light into our classroom, and they will always hold such a special place in my heart. I am beyond proud of each of these precious children and can’t wait to see all the amazing things God has in store for them. 💛
