An overview of the subtle power of yoga and nature and introduction to our new offering, a workshop called: Five Pranic Arrows: The Yoga of Flowers.

This workshop is live in-person at Hidden Yoga with Kitty Moore in Colorado, and online.

✨ I didn’t believe a flower could change my life... until one did.

There was a time when I felt completely stuck.

Not physically stuck. Soul-level stuck.

I had done all the things I knew to do. Read the books. Practiced the yoga. Tried to think my way through what I was feeling.

Yet something deeper was asking to be seen.

Then a flower found its way into my life.

Not as a dramatic cure or overnight transformation, but as a quiet companion.

Day by day, it helped me recognize patterns I couldn't quite see on my own. It softened places that had become rigid. It opened a conversation with parts of myself I had long ignored.

That is what continues to amaze me about flower essences.

They don't force change.

They invite it.

They gently help us remember what our hearts already know.

Over the years, I've witnessed these subtle plant allies support people through grief, life transitions, creative blocks, fear, self-doubt, and profound spiritual awakening.

The flowers speak in whispers, but their wisdom can change everything.

Have you ever had a plant, flower, or moment in nature that seemed to arrive exactly when you needed it?

✨ What if nourishment was more than nutrition?

In Ayurveda, there is a category of herbs and remedies known as Rasayana—whole-body rejuvenatives that nourish vitality, restore resilience, and support longevity.

Milky Oats are one of nature's great Rasayanas.

Gentle yet profound, they help replenish depleted energy reserves, soothe an overworked nervous system, and offer support during times of stress, transition, and burnout. Rather than stimulating us to push harder, Milky Oats invite us to return to ourselves—to rebuild from a place of nourishment rather than exhaustion.

Like rain soaking into dry earth, Milky Oats remind us that true vitality isn't created through force. It grows through consistent care, deep nourishment, and connection to what sustains us.

🌾 Have you ever worked with Milky Oats?

🎤 Fear of public speaking isn't always a confidence problem. It's often a nervous system problem.

Most people think the answer to public speaking anxiety is to "just be more confident."

But what if confidence isn't the starting point?

What if the real work begins with learning to regulate the body, calm the mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner steadiness?

In the yogic tradition, practices like asana, mantra, and pranayama aren't just spiritual tools—they're technologies for transforming the way we relate to stress, fear, and self-expression.

When the nervous system feels safe, the voice naturally becomes clearer.
When the mind becomes less reactive, communication becomes more authentic.
When we learn to work with our energy rather than against it, speaking from the heart becomes possible.

✨ The goal isn't to eliminate fear.

It's to become so grounded in yourself that fear no longer gets to lead.

Have you ever struggled with public speaking?

🫁 Your breath may be keeping you stuck in stress without you even realizing it.

Most of us were never taught how to breathe.

Over time, stress, tension, trauma, poor posture, and the demands of modern life can train us into shallow chest breathing—a pattern that quietly signals the body to stay alert and on guard.

Diaphragmatic breathing invites something different.

As the breath moves deeper into the belly and diaphragm, it communicates safety to the nervous system, helping shift us out of survival mode and into a state where healing, clarity, and presence become more available.

This isn't just about getting more oxygen.

It's about changing your relationship with stress from the inside out.

🌿 A deeper breath can create more space.
More space for calm.
More space for awareness.
More space for choice.

The breath is always with you. The question is: are you using it as a tool for regulation and resilience?

✨ Have you ever noticed a difference in how you feel when you slow down and breathe deeply?

🌊 The disturbance isn't the problem… it's the pathway

In the Vedic creation myth, the gods and demons churned the cosmic ocean to reveal hidden treasures.

✨ The wisdom? Transformation often begins with turbulence.

When we work with yoga, breath practices, meditation, or flower essences, things don't always feel peaceful right away. Sometimes what rises to the surface are the very patterns, emotions, and obstacles we've been carrying beneath our awareness.

The churning can feel uncomfortable.

But it is often the gateway.

A gateway into deeper clarity.
A gateway into healing.
A gateway into seeing what has been quietly shaping our lives from the shadows.

Rather than resisting the disturbance, what if we became curious about it?

What if the waves are showing you exactly where your next layer of growth is waiting?

🌊 Have you ever experienced a period of inner "churning" that ultimately led to a breakthrough? Share below.

🌬️ Before pranayama, there is breath training💫

Most people skip this step... and miss the foundation of Ta**ra's most powerful practices.

The breath is the bridge between body, mind, and spirit.

In the Ta***ic tradition, we don't jump straight into advanced pranayama techniques. We begin by learning how to breathe with awareness, ease, and intention.

This simple practice is a taste of Ta**ra—a way to cultivate presence, regulate the nervous system, and prepare the subtle body for deeper work.

When the breath becomes steady, the mind follows.
When the mind settles, awareness expands.
And from that place, transformation becomes possible.

✨ Join Brooke for this gentle introduction and discover how even a few conscious breaths can shift your entire state.

Have you ever noticed how your breath changes when you're stressed, joyful, or deeply relaxed?

✨In a world that rewards rushing, the natural world offers a different teaching✨

The flowers bloom when it's time.
The river flows without striving.
The moon never misses its moment.

Perhaps today isn't about pushing harder.

Perhaps it's about listening more deeply.

🌿 What would happen if you trusted the timing of your life just a little more?
