To all of our loyal Rocket Runners and Vance supporters: THANK YOU for all the fabulous years of running, laughing, and cheering in our West Asheville race. Sadly, the race calendar has gotten too full in Asheville, and the need for funding for our amazing school of Ecology has led the Vance Parent Team to retire the Rocket Run in order to explore other avenues for fundraising for Vance Elementary. Good to see most of you today at packet pick-up- the rest of you we will see bright and early at 7:30-8:30. Race starts at 9am! Dress warmly- should be around 40 degrees. See y'all then!

Come pick-up your race packet tomorrow in front of Vance from 2:30-3:30, or at Ebb & Flow on Haywood Road from 5:30-7 (free 10 minute chair massages). If you haven't registered yet and are planning to, you can register online or in person until 8:30 Saturday morning. See you there!!

Thanks again AB Emblem for donating authentic NASA mission badges to all of our kid runners.
