Our friends from AVL Film ( AVL Film ) are partnering with the Carrboro Film Fest to bring regional indie filmmakers together from Wilmington to ATL for a powerful weekend event in Asheville! Here’s what’s happening:

1. 🎥 Spotlight Film Night: Friday, July 24th 6PM DOORS, 7PM SHOW @ The Mule (The Mule at Devil’s Foot Beverage )
AVL Film and Venus Rising Media present, Music, improv, and a screening of 6 regional comedy films followed by a live filmmaker Q&A. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 day of.

2. 🎬 Workshop: From Script to Festival Saturday, July 25th 10AM-1PM @ Screen Artists Co-op:
