Did you know that Francine Delany New School For Children was one of 100 schools that opened after House Bill 955 passed in 1996? Out of those 100 schools, 16 schools are still open today. We are one of the 16! Here you see Ms. Britney representing our school as we received the Pioneer Award at the 30 year Pearl Gala in March.

The campus has a relatively new parking policy which is $3 per visit.

Follow the visitor registration link. You should be able to purchase any daily permit in advance. You will have to know the vehicle information to purchase.

​P5 is the parking lot directly next to the track. P9 and P12 are also good options for parents. From P9, they will walk towards the 4 sets of glass double doors to the Kimmel Arena concourse level to follow the stone steps all the way down and walk in between buildings 19 and 21 on the map. P12, they will be able to walk out from underneath the parking deck and stay to the right of the bulldog statue.
