Love this guy! Mark Lipinski is one of the many incredible volunteers who have fueled the success of the Quilt Alliance over the past 30 years. This photo was taken at our 2014 Quilters Take Manhatten event at FIT. QTM has become Quilters Take a Moment (together online)— find out more at https://qtm2023.org. ❤️

One of our most popular workshops offered at this year’s Quilters Take a Moment fundraiser is our ‘Yoga and Self-Care for Quilters’ panel. We’ll hear from three quiltmakers about how they take care of themselves while quilting, whether it’s hand yoga, stretching, or other routines. Making quilts can be hard on your body — join Heidi Parkes, Carolyn Friedlander llc and Becky Goldsmith for a conversation about sustaining yourself as a quilter. Anyone can sign up for this add-on event; you don’t need to be a Quilters Take a Moment ticket holder. Workshop seats are limited, so sign up today if you’re interested in learning more about this topic.
