I am a movement and dance facilitator providing classes and workshops to expand in joy while releasing layers that hinder authentic embodiment and self-love. I work to inspire self-healing, personal growth, and community connection through Soulpower Dance classes, workshops, flash mobs, and more. Soulpower is a unique expression representative of my own personal growth spiritually, physically, men
tally, and emotionally, as well as my love for dance, music and community. It is a reflection of not only personal healings from addiction and eating disorders, but my life experiences. I also glean from my time as a licensed occupational therapist, a certified death doula, nature-based spirituality and teachings, and as an eternal spiritual student. I have deep gratitude for all the teachers and guides who's paths I've crossed, including the ever mysterious energies around and within us, our dear Mother Earth and all her relations, the indigenous wisdom keepers of these lands, and more. Soulpower grows and transforms as I do, especially as I listen and surrender (on repeat). My other favorite thing in the world is working as a program facilitator for the non-profit Dance To Be Free, founded by my friend and teacher Lucy Wallace. This powerful program takes the healing power of dance to incarcerated women across the US. This work continues to transform me. I recently became a certified Life Coach and my husband and I are co-founders for Pockitudes Gratitude Journals and products promoting mental wellbeing.
