Today was a latte fun at Haw Creek Elementary! ☕💚💛

Our teachers and staff were treated to delicious cinnamon rolls from Gogos Cinnamon Rolls and specialty drinks from the Runaway Cafe truck as part of Teacher Appreciation Week! 🎶

From early mornings to late afternoons, our staff pours so much love, energy, and dedication into our students every single day. Thank you for all you do to make Haw Creek such a special place.

Next week (May 4–May 😎 is Teacher Appreciation Week at Haw Creek Elementary, and we are so excited to celebrate our amazing teachers and staff! 💚

We have a fun, music-inspired week planned, and we’d love your help in making it extra special:

🌸 Monday: Students will receive a flower to give to a teacher—by the start of the day, our teachers will have beautiful bouquets!

🕶️ Tuesday: “Our Future is So Bright!” PTA is providing cool shades for staff + Sunshine Sammie treats from Brookstone Church!

☕ Wednesday: “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go!” Cinnamon rolls from Go-Go’s Bakery + Runaway Cafe Coffee Truck. You can purchase a coffee for a teacher or staff member and include a sweet note (see link for details!).

🌈 Thursday: A rainbow of treats will be set up in the teacher workroom—parent donations are appreciated! (Check the link below to sign up.)

🍗 Friday: “Finally Friday!” Lunch from Chick-fil-A will be provided in the teacher workroom from 10:30 AM–1:00 PM.

💛 Thank you for helping us show our teachers just how much they mean to our school community!
