Try watching to ball into your stick on the catch without snatching. This way you are using a soft touch on the catch and focusing on how the ball feels in your stick. You can add a small cradle before moving into the release once you break the snatching habit.

was not just a phenomenal athlete, he was also a father, a husband and an inspiration to so many around the world with his work ethic.

We send our healing thoughts to all those who lost someone yesterday. As a mother I cannot imagine what those left behind are experiencing in the wake of this tragedy.
