I ran out of time for Office Door History today. One of the historical happenings would have been about the Little Rock Nine. Last September when I was in Oak Ridge, I wanted to visit what I call the “deep cut” historical sites in the area because I’d already visited the “Oak Ridge history essentials” multiple times. The Green McAdoo Cultural Center, located in nearby Clinton, was on the list. The Little Rock Nine are far more well known than the Clinton 12. Really moving exhibit.
