Career Directions is dedicated to help reach youth ages 16 to 24 in Buncombe County. While employment is available around the area, sometimes it is just knowing where to look. Through career development, educational pathways, and connecting to our local workforce our goal is to help develop individuals to reach their full potential. Apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and guidance toward career

training and education are available. North Carolina's Workforce Innovation Opportunities Act is a great resource for qualifying individuals to train our upcoming workers to be ready. Whether it is help with a resume, interview skills, or that crucial link to an employment opportunity, we can help. Our site is new, continue to check us out we are building towards the future.
