Are you worried that working with a sleep consultant won’t be conducive to your schedule or day-to-day life, like multiple care givers and inconsistent routines? Don’t worry any longer! Working around your schedules and the craziness of life is what I’m here for!

Please share and donate if you can!
With the devastation and destruction of our beloved home of WNC many many families are in desperate need. My family is now in a place where we can help as much as we can, and many of you have asked how you can help- I will be making a trip for formula, diapers, wipes, shelf stable whole milk and hygiene products. If you are in a place where you can donate it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Village! I hope everyone has been having an amazing summer. We’ve definitely been busy over here and soaking in the long days 😌 we have done some camping, traveling, lots of swimming and celebrated our daughter’s first birthday!! AND survived the 12 month sleep regression😮‍💨😅 I’m ready to be more active on Instagram again, what are some things you’d like to hear about?

With summer just around the corner and warmer weather coming, let’s look at appropriate sleepwear to avoid overheating! ☀️

The ideal temperature in their sleep space is 68-72 degrees. Of course we want our littles cozy in their sleep sacks, but don’t want them to be too hot!

📑Checking TOG (thermal overall grade) rating on their sleep sacks is very important! Above is a chart for temperature (Fahrenheit) and TOG rating, this is for a sleep sack over their pajamas (cotton, bamboo, etc. NOT fleece🙅‍♀️)
Fleece is not recommended to be worn for children under 9 months old due to them not being able to regulate their temperature and fleece not being a breathable fabric.

Any additional questions about sleep and temperature send me a message or comment below😊

Are you planning on going camping with your littles and needing more in depth info on what they should wear to sleep, I can help! 🏕️
