Join A-B Tech's Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast at Homebrew Con 2026 in Asheville on June 19-20 at Harrah’s Cherokee Center! We’ll be in Booth #12 on the floor and CBI Director Jeff "Puff" Irvin is on tap to give a talk on Kettle Sour Brewing from 10-10:45am on June 19 in Meeting Room 1.

While the school teaches the facets of winemaking and distilling the gamut of spirits, this conversation largely focuses on beer.
