Oh, hi there! It's been a while. If you're still around - thanks for being here. 🫶✨ If you're new here, welcome.

It has been a heavy year for me. Of grief and all that comes with it. I suppose posting for my business has been the last thing on my mind.

For those of you that I've seen this year who have also gone through some form of grief, it has been a blessing and honestly a beautiful way to process - Sharing time and space connecting with you on the many different experiences and walks of life surrounding grief/loss. Maybe I notice it more now because it's something I'm actively going through, or maybe it's the universe' divine way of crossing our paths to gently support one another - but I feel like I've met so many people this year who have gone through or are currently going through some form of grief/loss. I'm grateful to each of you for your trust in me even during your hardest/darkest times. Thank you for continuing to show up for yourself and living this short life up while we have it. 💓

I hope to get back to posting on here more regularly and reminding y'all that I am here to help!

A fully booked Saturday with all regular clients is one of the best feelings 💕 I've been working with most of my regulars for years, and it truly feels like many of them are family to me. I'm so grateful that they continue trusting in me with their massage therapy care. Just wanted to share a lil glimmer of gratitude. ✨ Even though recent days have been on the heavier side for myself and my immediate family, having a purpose and being able to look forward to seeing my clients (who are some of the kindest people I've met) makes a world of difference. ❤️‍🩹
