To feel is to be human.

Nobody is spared from the circumstances of living. The magic begins when you embrace the beauty of emotions and allow yourself to be human. Nobody is OK 100% of the time. Sharing what you are going through is an opportunity to connect and chance at no longer feeling alone.

I see you. I feel you.

Because my pride isn’t dependent upon the beliefs or actions of others. Because when I say ALL, I mean everyone. Because I believe honest, transparent, genuine civil discourse is our responsibility and not just a benefit I get to enjoy from time to time. Because censorship is the opposite of progress. Because my self-expression will never be dictated by others. Because YOU matter.

“Who am I?” is a question only YOU can answer.

Start by letting go all of who you “should be”, and start asking the deeper questions:

What do I want?
What makes me feel alive?
What drains my energy?
What am I willing to do about it?
