🦁🐻 A Wild Day at Summer Camp! 🦒🐘

Our YMCA Summer Camp campers had an unforgettable adventure at the North Carolina Zoo! From watching bears to exploring exhibits from around the world, our campers spent the day learning about wildlife, making memories, and having tons of fun together.

Field trips like these give campers the opportunity to discover new things, build friendships, and to create memories that will last a lifetime. 💙

A big thank you to our amazing camp staff for making this day such a success!

📚 SUMMER HORSE & READING PROGRAM 📚

Do you have a child who loves horses and needs something fun and meaningful to do this summer? Maybe you have a child who struggles with reading but absolutely lights up around animals? 🐴

This program gives children the opportunity to build reading confidence in a calm, encouraging environment alongside horses they can connect with and love. Children will enjoy hands-on time with the horses and practice reading aloud by sharing horse-themed stories with their favorite horse, alongside the support of caring volunteers.

✨ Program Details:
📅 July 7 - 30th
📍 Meets every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
⏰ 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

STEM + teamwork = a great day at Future Dreams! 🤖✨

Our students had an awesome time learning about robotics with Hannah from 4-H! From building obstacle courses to coding and problem-solving, everyone got hands-on experience while having fun and working together.

A big thank you to Hannah and 4-H for spending time with our Future Dreams Program and helping inspire creativity, learning, and innovation in our students! 💙👏
