Asheboro High School is excited to announce Coach Deneal McNair as the first-ever Head Coach of our Girls Flag Football program!
A proud member of the AHS Class of 1984, Coach McNair was a standout three-sport athlete who excelled in football and track. His incredible speed earned him All-State honors in track, and he went on to sign a football scholarship with Wake Forest University after graduation.
Since returning home, Coach McNair has dedicated himself to developing student-athletes throughout Randolph County. As AHS Head Track Coach, he has led both our boys and girls programs to tremendous success while continuing to make a lasting impact on generations of Blue Comets.
As we launch the inaugural season of Asheboro High School Girls Flag Football, we are thrilled to have a leader with Coach McNair’s passion, experience, and commitment to excellence guiding our student-athletes.
Please join us in congratulating Coach McNair and welcoming him to this historic role for Asheboro High School!
