Guac in under 1 minute, forever and ever amen. 😋) ✨The Easiest Guac Recipe EVER✨ Ingredients 4 large avocados, about 4 cups mashed 1 8-oz tub of pico de gallo (at your preferred spice level) Salt to taste Directions Step 1: Cut open the avocados and push out the seeds. Scoop the insides into a bowl and mash quickly with a fork. Step 2: Drained the pico de gallo, reserving the juice. Mix the drained pico de gallo into the mashed avocado. Step 3: Add a tablespoon of the pico de gallo juice. Reserve the rest for a marinade or to mix into a cocktail. Add salt to taste. Step 4: Keep the guac from turning brown by adding a few tablespoons of water to the surface until completely covered. Do not mix the water into the guac. Keep in an airtight container.
