Our time at our Ramseur location is coming to a close in just a few days. From the moment this place had the lights turned out and the first workout was performed.. it was special.

Nothing but a God thing. Won’t He do it?

4 months seems to have flown by.

To say we’ve felt every emotion in this journey feels like an understatement.

There’s been a lot of prayer, blood, sweat, tears (literally) and hard work put into this place.

We are forever grateful for you all entrusting us in your fitness journey.

From every PR, first pull up / toes to bar, milestone, you name it.. our little family will remember it. Guaranteed.

Thank you all for believing in us.
God is good. All the time.
And all the time - God is good.

Even though our doors will be closing at the Ramseur location on 7/31 - we will still be offering programming.

It will $30 a month.

This will include:
- warm up
- workout
- cool down
- all modifications (at home *little to no equipment*, in a gym, etc.)

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that we will be closing our Ramseur location on July 31. We have loved seeing this spot come together and become a gym. The great times that were had here the past few months with you all are times we will always remember. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in every way.

This decision was not an easy one and came about through a lot of prayer and seeking God’s direction. We feel this decision is best for our family at the present moment and appreciate your understanding at this time. God’s plans are great and we have faith in His timing and direction. We love you guys.

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Hours 🇺🇸

We will be open from 6:00-9:00 am tomorrow for Open Gym. There will be no classes but there is a workout posted in SugarWOD for those wanting a great workout to kickstart their day! 💪

Schedule for the rest of the week will be:
- Tuesday: 5:00-6:00 am class, 4:15-5:00 pm kid’s class, 5:00-6:00 pm open gym, 6:00-7:00 pm class
- Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 am class, 8:30-9:30 am class, 4:30-5:30 pm class, 5:30-7:00 pm open gym
- Thursday: Same Schedule as Tuesday
- Friday: Same Schedule as Wednesday
- Saturday: 8:00-9:00 am class (FREE for everyone!)
- Sunday: CLOSED
