🎉 Massive milestone unlocked for workforce development in North Carolina!

Last night's Randolph Community College graduation marked a major victory for our local industry.
With Apprenticeship NC completions officially finalized, Randolph County and the State of North Carolina just gained 22 highly skilled professionals across two powerhouse programs:
🛠️ Randolph IMT (Industrial Maintenance Technician)
🚀 Apprenticeship Randolph
These graduates are stepping directly into critical roles as Machinists and Industrial Maintenance Technicians. They are closing the skills gap, driving economic growth, and building the future of manufacturing right here in our community.

Congratulations to the graduates, educators, and employer partners who made this collaborative success possible!

The Application and Testing window for the 2026 Industrial Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship will close soon. This program allows you to earn an associate degree in Industrial Systems Technology from Randolph Community College and a Journey worker card - all while working, obtaining hands-on experience, and getting paid. Submit your application at www.RandolphIMT.com . Candidates must be 18 and up; with a minimum gpa of 2.8 in high school or college; a strong work ethic and desire to learn. Questions?
