JROTC and the Unify Club teamed up to win the spirit award at this years Human Race in Asheboro. It was a great event and such a good group to spend a Saturday morning with. Honors go out to Brodie and Corbyn for winning top honors in the Mutt Strut and for Andrew Ormond finishing 2nd in the men’s division.

4th Brigade Best of the Best Raider Competition 2026. Fort Bragg, NC

Southwestern Randolph High School wins at this years Fall Raider/Rifle Competition held at Southwestern Randolph High School on 15 Nov 25. With a 3rd place finish in Raiders, the deal was sealed by the Rifle team earning top honors for the win. Cadet Riley Clapp was the top shooter of the day.

Southwestern Cadets were standing tall and providing service yesterday. From a retirement center in Denton, to the parade in Asheboro, to helping serve meals to Veterans at Golden Corral, the cadets were ready to help. I’m proud of these young folks.

Southwestern Randolph cadets showed up and conducted business at Fred T Foard High School’s annual Raider Competition. With three 3rd place banners, one 2nd and a 1st in the 5k run, their 3 place finish overall for the day is commendable.

David and Goliath! These cadets faced top teams across the nation and plucked a 3rd place trophy in the Rope Bridge event. This is a repeat from last year and a true testament of how teamwork can make the dream work.
