Please remember that the mission of the Randolph County School System is education and be certain that your comments are appropriate for an educational environment. All postings of comments on the school system’s page are at the discretion of the school system’s account administrators. The intent of this policy is not to keep any negative or critical information from being posted, but to protect the privacy and rights of Randolph County School System staff members and students. Account administrators will remove comments that:
• Include personal attacks.
• Include confidential information about students, employees, or school system business.
• Contain abusive or inappropriate language or statements.
• Are not on topic. As a reminder, Board Policy 7335 – "Use of Social Media by the School System" prohibits school system employees from friending students unless the employee and student have a family relationship or other type of appropriate relationship which originated outside the school setting. Consequently, students who issue friend requests to Randolph County School System employees should not be surprised or offended if the request is disregarded.
