📚✨ Last Friday, April 24, Trinity Middle School welcomed local author Micki Bare for an inspiring visit with all 6th grade students!

Students had the opportunity to hear firsthand how she brought her popular middle grade fantasy series to life. To continue inspiring young readers, Communities In Schools proudly gifted a class set of “Society of the Sentinelia” to the Trinity Middle School media center. We hope these stories spark imagination, encourage reading, and remind students that their own stories matter too!

Service Club students from Liberty Elementary took pride in giving back to their community today by helping clean up Downtown Liberty! 🧹💙🩶

Thank you to CIS Student Support Specialist Jessica and parents for supporting Service Club. Through teamwork, leadership, and service, these students are learning that even small acts can make a big difference. We are proud of their commitment to keeping our town beautiful and showing what community pride looks like in action!

Yesterday our girls and CIS Staff Kellie Garcia discovered the power of creativity! 🎨 Through painting, they explored self-expression, built confidence, and let their artistic talents shine. We love creating spaces where creativity and confidence grow together.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Communities In Schools staff, Mr. Watson and Coach Gary, for making our Annual Pancake Day such a success last Friday. Their hard work, teamwork, and heart for their students made Pancake Day extra special. We are grateful for all they do every day to support their school community — and for serving up smiles along with those delicious pancakes!

Thank you to our amazing community for showing up, cheering loud, and believing in our mission. To the talented acts who shared their gifts and lit up the stage — you made the night unforgettable! And to our dedicated CIS staff and board members, your hard work behind the scenes brought it all together.
