An amazing 48 hrs with LACOE! So proud of my former student and how the team pulled together to make this happen. Met so many great professionals dedicated to the work and students. Definitely all about their passion projects. 10/10 🫵🏾❤️👍🏾for sure!

I miss you mom, no day is the same since you’ve been gone. While I appreciated you then, nothing compares to the void.
The pic of the sun happened on the day of your birthday last year. It was a rainy day, cold and windy. Out of nowhere, at your gravesite everything calmed and the sun peeked thru the clouds. It did not last long but it was a sign for me. Now I see it wherever I go and look for it all the time as a reminder of your presence in my life. To answer the question you always asked me on our phone calls after I published, “Yes mom, I sold a few books recently…” Love and miss you. Happy Mother’s Day Mom, your son, “Red”
