In 2019, I got a wild idea, I decided to start writing a book and create Thriving Life Coaching - an academic coaching business for students. In 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, I published Passing the Baton July 2020, since then it has taken on a life all its own. Via Zoom and Amazon and other ventures, my small reach has become worldwide now. Coming home to IN to see family since the pandemic, it was only fitting to leave a part of me in my home spot Peru, IN where my journey began - and my destination is still being determined. So many people I have encountered along the way and so many more to come. All I can say is a big THANK YOU for all you have done to help me make this happen!

Thriving Life Coaching is an academic readiness coaching business designed for ambitious to struggling students (grades 6 to doctoral candidates) the ability to reach their full potential academically. Many times it is their approach and self confidence that is in question. As your accountability partner, the skills offered provide students with the ability to “thrive” by building on their strengths and establishing habits which get results.

My 25 years of higher education experience has allowed me to offer strategies to college students providing them knowledge to emerge from struggling student to proud alumni, applying these same skills in their adult lives. I have put these same successful skills into practice as an undergraduate and graduate student. I now teach these same skills to students.

My coaching approach has helped many a student and look forward to making this possible for you whether you are in secondary school to college. I want to help you help yourself.
