What a great experience! The Academies of Loudoun is one of the premier educational institutions in America, training our youth to be leaders in many fields. I want to thank Sue Cypher for inviting me to present to their nursing department yesterday and today. We had such a lively and engaging discussion about the impact motor-cognitive training has on every aspect of fitness and wellness.

Thank you to the Parkinson's Support Group of Springfield for allowing me to speak to their amazing organization yesterday. Bob and Carolyn did a fantastic job organizing this packed-house event, full of strong and inspiring folks. Thanks also to Sunrise at Silas Burke House for hosting; great people and a beautiful community! I'm grateful for the opportunity to discuss how motor-cognitive training can help our everybody improve their physical and cognitive health, at the same time!
