Degrees may open doors, but confidence, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills help young professionals walk through those doors successfully.
Employers today look beyond marksheets. They seek individuals who can express ideas clearly, work in teams, take initiative, and adapt to change.
It is time we guide our youth to understand that academic education is only one part of success — skills build confidence, and confidence creates opportunities.
Let us invest more in skill development alongside education to prepare our young generation for the real world.

So far American Academy of Soft Skills is working in the states of uttrakhand, haryana and rajasthan with bjp government to train school, colleges students along with teachers Skills and now negotiating with Delhi state gov, CH.Min. Rekha Gupta.
