After a season of hard work, highs and lows, and lots and lots of medals, the girls got to let loose at our end of season banquet! We had so many things to celebrate this year like highest all arounds, state/regional champions, and character awards. We couldn't ask for a better group of gymnasts to represent Hope Gymnastics 💚

Just one of those days where the dots were connecting! They've been working the drills and shaping for months, all that was left to do was gain the confidence to connect it. We're excited to see them all in Level 3 next year 💚

Our bronzes had a blast with this drill! The goal was to work on getting more confident and comfortable being upside down on the beam. They also focused on feeling the handstand position, and the safe way to fall. It's really important when introducing new skills that safe falling is taught. Falls are bound to happen and not only does it keep the gymnast safe, but it also helps them work through fears. Once a gymnast has gotten over the fear hurdle they typically can perform a skill with a lot more ease.

We couldn't ask for a more talented group of girls for our little ones to look up to! They are putting in the work this summer to upgrade their tumbling. From layouts to twists, they've got it all in the works 🔥

Congrats to all our Xcel gymnasts for a fantastic season! They've all learned and grown so much this past year. States this year held a lot of personal bests, and truly was a result of the hard work each and every one of them put in this year. We can't wait to watch you girls continue to thrive!
