Job Description:

As a Lead Math and Science Tutor, you’ll be responsible for helping students build their knowledge and problem-solving skills to help improve grades and prepare for the AP Tests. We are a company that specializes in small-group and academic tutoring for several Subjects and Test prep. You'll be talking to parents about student progress, and helping students find the best way to gain measured improvements.

Hours: Classes are taught in 1-hour to 2-hour sessions. Individual tutoring is scheduled around class schedules. Consistent availability is required during school quarter months.

Monday-Thursday: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Compensation: $30-40/hour starting wage, varies based on experience and qualifications.
We are primarily looking for candidates who would like to grow into the job role of Education Director.

Hours per week: Between 15-25 hours per week.

The candidates must be reliable, motivated, and dynamic in their conduct and can help children in providing them academic support as well as mentor the young minds through the years of school education.

Selected Instructors will have (but are not limited to) the following duties:

Able to instruct High School students in the areas of AP Calculus AB/BC, Multi-Variable Calculus.

Teach the county-based Academic Curriculum.

Teach, motivate, and interact with students during instruction hours

Evaluate and document student progress

Address and Communicate student needs to the education director.

Develop a rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment

Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and the company.

Education Qualification:

Must have a HighSchool/associate degree pertinent to Math and Science.

Long-term job applicants are preferred.

We are looking for a reliable, organized, fast-paced, and enthusiastic Office Administrator. You will undertake most administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

You will actively close sales, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment. You will help build relationships with local schools and administrations. You will provide a fulfilling and exciting learning environment.

Responsibilities

It is a front office/desk position and a candidate will be required to perform multiple tasks.
As a part of the front desk job, you need exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
You will regularly interact with families and students. You will support the students by acting as a liaison between tutors and families. Thus, you need to be personable and loving with the students.
Explain different programs, courses, etc. will help parents decide the right fit for their child. Good listening and strong persuasion will be important skills to secure sales.
We believe that education and learning can impact lives the most and we believe to deliver quality. You should be passionate to help kids just as we are.
Internet, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google apps and tools for education(G-Suite), and be able to troubleshoot office technology is an important requirement.
You need to be a person who makes sure to deliver wonderful experiences to families!
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet Browsing, and G-Suite, etc.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred so that one can move to higher echelons.

Selected Instructors will have (but are not limited to) the following duties:

Able to instruct High School students in the areas of AP Calculus AB/BC, Multi-Variable Calculus.

Teach the county-based Academic Curriculum.

Teach, motivate, and interact with students during instruction hours

Evaluate and document student progress

Address and Communicate student needs to the education director.

Develop a rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment

Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and the company.

Education Qualification:

Must have a HighSchool/associate degree pertinent to Math and Science.

Long-term job applicants are preferred.
