CONGRATULATIONS to Bridget Shayka (STCS '07), who earned a Ph.D. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Michigan this summer! She is working for Ocean Visions as a Program Officer with the Marine System Repair Program and polar ice cap preservation. She also earned an M.S. in Biology from California State University Northridge, and a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from UVA. AMAZING work, Bridget -- Congratulations! And a special 'shout out' to her wonderful family (including long-time STCS P.E. teacher, Fran)!!

Congratulations to Chloe & Penelope Robveille (STCS Class of '20), who will both be attending Texas A&M in the fall! We were grateful to have them assist with our Extended Day Care Program during the school year! Keep up the GREAT work!!

Wonderful news to share! Timothy Odutola (STCS '16) graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce & a minor in Sociology. He has accepted an offer from the investment bank Jeffries, and will be working in NY. CONGRATULATIONS, Tim!

We love hearing from our alumni -- and sharing this awesome news from Hope Drake (STCS 2020), who will be attending Washington University in St. Louis (WASHU) and playing on their women’s basketball team in the fall. She's majoring in Philosophy: Law and Public Policy on the Pre-law track and plans to join several clubs, including Volunteer Student Teachers and Butter Turning! CONGRATULATIONS, Hope!!🎉

The "Senior Walk" is a wonderful new STCS 'tradition' -- we love seeing our alumni!! 🎉

We love seeing all the news of our young alumni! Christian graduated with highest honors from St. Paul VI Catholic High School. He will be majoring in mechanical engineering and will participate in Air Force ROTC at the University of Florida this Fall. CONGRATULATIONS, Christian!!

Congratulations to Meghan F. (STCS Class of 2016), who graduated from VA Tech Magna Cum Laude in Philosophy, earning the William’s Prize for outstanding student in her department. She will intern this summer in DC, then attend Harvard Medical School to obtain her Masters in Science in BioEthics. CONGRATULATIONS, Meghan!!

More great Alumni news! Jacob Conway (STCS 2016) graduated from Providence College (Honors College) with a degree in Biology. He swam for the Friars all 4 years. This summer he will be moving to Boston to work as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. CONGRATULATIONS, Jacob!!

Home away from home meets entrepreneurship! The Marymount University Business Model Design (Entrepreneurship) Competition was held on March 2, 2024. Congratulations to Katie Le, Sophia Bonillo, Bella Serngadichaivit, and Madison Jones for presenting their business, Vesta. Vesta is a college home decorating website named after the Roman goddess meaning "home." It is a collaborative, integrated service website that uses 3D Visual AI to generate a furnished college home layout using design bundle themes.
