Because sometimes, the most humble, quiet, tongue-speaking person might be the queen mother/king father on assignment against you, your ministry, family, etc. We must be vigilant of these things and fight in the spirit with the backing of the Holy Spirit. Always remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood. "For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12~ NLT). The body of Christ must wake up to spiritual things! Stop sleeping spiritually before they destroy you/your ministry. Yes, God can and will restore, but the damage has already been done, time wasted, & some might not be able to recover. So, be sober, be vigilant!

I woke up with this particular verse of the song, "It's well with my soul".

So today, as we are celebrating the crucifixion of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, be confident of this one thing: that He paid it all for you on the cross.That you do not live in guilt, shame, condemnation, sickness, poverty etc. Everything was nailed and ended at the cross when He paid our ransom on that blessed day. Now, I charge you to walk in the freedom & knowledge that you're no longer a slave to every & anything that the devil may want you to believe. You're free as He said "it's finished" as He took His last breath... Happy & blessed Good Friday to all of you wonderful people.

Have you ever wondered why, sometimes no matter how hard you pray, there's no breakthrough? Well, sometimes it isn't that God is not or hasn't answered your prayers; but because they're interceptors in the spiritual realm that have vowed to make those prayers not come to reality. The unfortunate thing is that sometimes these interceptors are none other than the intercessors, the ones you go to ask for prayers from. Your amor bearers, the ones that act (pun intended), holiest, spiritual or religious (do not be fooled/allow to be manipulated, as the bible tells us that the devil comes or presents themselves as the angel of light). Please, note that I'm not saying that these so-called "interceptors" are all evil, witches or wizards; however, some have allowed the spirit of jealousy & envy to cloud their judgment, subconsciously allowing satan to use them without them realizing that they are being used. And some are, in fact, an assigned agent sent against you, your life, ministry etc.(the weapon that's formed to destroy or delay you). Just like in the case of Daniel (Daniel 10), in God's perfect timing, you'll have your answered prayers as God will. No matter how long they delay you, you will win & God will get the glory 🙏.

Today, I pray that God opens our spiritual eyes to see beyond the physical, that we have the discernment to know the difference between the true intercessors and the interceptors (wolves in sheep's clothing). To know who to draw closer to, and who to love from afar, and most importantly, to know whom to trust in Jesus' mighty name, amen 🙏.

In a world where we are all striving to be our very best, it's very easy (if we're not deliberate with our thoughts & actions) to step on others' toes so that we can move on ahead, and we, women are prone to that, unfortunately. But on a day like today, when we are celebrating women, I wanted to remind us(my sisters, mothers, aunties, et al.) that it adds nothing to us when we step on others. In actuality, it brings us backwards & creates more struggles/hurdles for us on the way to the top, and even when we're at the top (I guess they called it "Karma [what goes around comes around] kind of a thing).

However, we should always remember that no other individual is your competition or enemy, but that we're each other's keepers. Support, love, honesty, dedication & diligence to not only yourself but others is the recipe for success. And we women are phenomenal! Imagine what we can do collaboratively versus competitively; the sky won't even be our limits. So, I say to you, my sisters, mothers, aunties, and grandmas, let's be there for each other rather than trying to copy or pull each other down!

I'm Not Your Average Woman, and Neither Am I Your Competition! I'm my mother's/sister's/auntie's/grandma's keeper!!!!

Have you ever wondered if God really loves you, as sometimes it looks/feels like He doesn't because of everything that is coming against you all at once (like a domino effect), or one thing after the other, like you never get a break no matter how hard you try?. Well, you're not alone, as a lot of us do feel like that/have those moments. But what I have come to realize/learn is that God is still God, and He loves us regardless of our circumstances/situations. So, with that understanding, I chose to not depart from His presence or from believing that He loves me regardless. He has opened my eyes to see the "minute things [what I might consider big, but not so to Him]. Personally, I have had so many experiences where I'm going through the motions with some particular thoughts that the devil wants to magnify, then out of no where, I will get a call/text message from someone(and they don't even know their call/message was God telling me ["I care, I hear you, I'm here] etc). That moment usually will change my mood/ state of mind. As the enemy is so good at magnifying our circumstances, which, if you really take the time to decipher it/them, you will realize it is not as bad as you think. Especially after hearing about someone else's situation.

So, today, I feel led to encourage someone that is questioning God's love for them, their faith. Know that God is still God, and He does love & care for you even if you don't see or feel it. Just keep on holding on to Him, and all that He has said to you will come to pass. The scripture Romans 8:28 comes to mind, and as long as you are certain you're His, then be rest assured that He's there, He sees and cares, and in His perfect timing, you'll feel and know it even if you don't understand it.

I leave you with these few nuggets for you as an extra bonus for a happy/fulfilling life/living:

~ Always put God first in EVERYTHING you do (Matthew 6:33).

~Live every second of your life with positive intentionality no matter what you're going through or what comes your way.

~Learn to be happy from within, without things or people, so when you do have things or people, it's just an added bonus (the cherry on top).

~Set your own table and learn to dine all by yourself if you weren't invited to one.

~Do things that you love/make you happy irrespective of what others think of it/your decisions (note: a happy/healthy individual doesn't go around hurting others [so know that I'm not referring to anything that will bring pain/hurt to anyone directly or indirectly, but truly living your best life at the expense of no one]).

~Lastly, love, love, love really hard; love with intentionality; let all (yes, I mean all) that comes across you feel your love even if it was just for a little while. Because God is love, and we were commanded to love others. It's impossible to hurt who you love, period!

And as always, remember, God is love & I love you all❤️.

One of my daily prayers has always been for people to see God in me everywhere I go/am at; that I decrease & He increases.

Fast forward to today. I got off work and decided (well, debated) to make a quick stop at Ross. As I was looking through some things, an American lady walked up to me out of nowhere and said, "Hello, where do you worship? .Your face looks so familiar".

Me, smiling as she started guessing churches and not really giving me an opportunity to answer her question(s). I finally said the name of my church (as I was really tired and had had a hard, long day at work).

Lady: "Oh, I'm not familiar with that church. What denomination?".

Me: I proceeded to answer her.

Lady, then started telling me about her relationship with God, fear of preaching/teaching, etc., and so much more. At this point, I'm still smiling while she's talking, pouring out her heart to me. Still, I have not said anything about me, what I do (ministry/coaching). So, it was intriguing she was saying all this to me as if she knows that's basically what I do (ministry-wise).

Me, also thinking, "Oh Lord, why do this to me all the time?, especially when I'm not in the mood," lol. I believe we spent about 20-30 minutes talking (me encouraging/motivating her in the Lord). I then gave her my card at the end & said goodbye.

I got into my car, and her text came in (see screenshot).

At that moment, I'm like, :God, You brought me here to come encourage/motivate someone whom I believe needed to hear all that you used me (a total stranger) to say to her; however, knowing fully well that I just need a hug or something as I had had a crazy/hectic day". However, the moment I saw her text, I felt relieved of my own not-so-good feelings/tiredness. Reminds me that when we care for others, we are actually caring for ourselves, and our rewards of that care/kindness are worth more than you could ever imagine or think.

I say all this to say that no matter what you're feeling/going through, never ever forget to consider others' needs; you never know, you might be entertaining angels, saving a live(s), or maybe, your breakthrough will come from that interaction. Shalom!

As the Bible implores us to be the "salt & light" of the earth, let's strive to be that every day of our lives. Leave a good taste, aura, and positivity with the ones you come across irrespective of what they did to you. You do not have to pay evil for evil, nor do you have to be friends at all; however, you do have to create/leave an indelible mark with everyone you encounter, which makes them see God in you. And He will get all the glory/be glorified. Hopefully, that will bring them closer to God or change their evil ways as well. Love everyone as God loves us all💕. Happy MLK Day!. Stay safe & warm.

Minding my business/God's given assignment. I believe that acknowledging such struggles and creating an atmosphere where individuals can feel free to talk about their struggles/urges without fear of condemnation/judgment will/can result in preventing sexual sin. Please note this would be a judgment-free educational, supportive program with strategies to help deal with such struggles/ urges, etc.

Today, I am thankful to God for the gift of wisdom & understanding. My close/personal ones say that I have an "old soul," which I agree with, but I also believe it's the gift of wisdom & discernment that God has blessed me with. Now, that does not mean I used it all the time, as I sometimes allowed my feelings/emotions to override my intuition (I'm still a work in progress—he's not finished with me yet😜🤣). However, I have seen times without number that whenever I put it in motion, it has benefited me. Sometimes, that is why I may be the only one who doesn't get along with certain individuals, as I see through them and won't let them play me like they're playing others, especially in the house of God (oops, did I just say that?😜🤣). Don't mind me, but in all seriousness, I thank God for such a gift, as it's vital in life & especially in this day and age. The scripture in Proverbs tells us that "wisdom is the most principal thing; therefore, get wisdom. And with all thy getting, get understanding (Proverbs 4:7). This is something you can ask God for; James 5:12 tells us if we lack wisdom, we should ask God, and He will give it to us. So, today, I'm grateful to God for the gift of wisdom & understanding.

Gratitude: Day #1( I'm greatful for God).

Today, I thank God for being God Almighty. For all He created and did & still continues to do for humanity/us. I thank Him for loving us so much despite our imperfections & sending us His son to die for our sins. And even when we sometimes fall short, His love, grace, & mercy never change, and they're new every morning. I thank Him for Him, and I'm forever grateful that He's my God, my Aba Father, my King, and I love, love Him with everything in me❤️🙏.
