Proud of our guys! Pat went 6 for 6 and totaled 176kg. Dave totaled 180kg at his first competition. Kyle totaled 205kg.

Have you ever just blurted out a seemingly wild and out-of-the-blue crazy thought to someone close? That exact thing happened during quarantine between sets in the garage with James and I, something along the lines of this: “We could just open up our own gym?”.

During a pandemic? What are we, crazy? We saw the posts and members of other gyms met with hardship, so why even indulge in such an undertaking? Well, this half question half statement ended up rooting further in our minds and growing into an idea that wasn’t so crazy after all.

So we brainstormed. We spitballed. We lifted. We drank some beer. We lifted some more. Provoking thoughts, planting seeds, drilling down to what we really want out of our own brand. We finally exhausted our thoughts, and pandemic or not, we’re starting a damned fitness performance business.
