**Easy Baked Chicken Breast 🧀🥔**

This is one of those easy oven dinners where everything you need ends up in the same baking dish. Juicy chicken breasts bake right over tender potatoes and mushrooms, then get covered with a golden, cheesy topping that makes the whole thing extra cozy.

The potatoes and mushrooms sit underneath the chicken as it bakes, soaking up all those savory juices along the way. I coat the chicken in a simple sour cream and soy sauce mixture, which gives it plenty of flavor and helps keep the meat tender. Then, near the end, mozzarella and cheddar go over the top and bake until melted and beautifully golden. 😍

What I like about this one is that you really don’t need much on the side. You’ve already got tender chicken, potatoes, mushrooms, and that cheesy top all together. Add a fresh salad or some green veggies and dinner is done.

These baked beef patties are one of those simple, cozy dinners that feel like real homemade comfort food. They come out beautifully browned on the outside, while the center stays soft, juicy, and full of savory flavor.

The secret to that tender texture is bread soaked in milk, which keeps the beef from becoming dense or dry in the oven. I also cook the onions and garlic in butter first, then add Dijon mustard, fresh parsley, and black pepper before mixing everything into the beef. It gives every bite so much more flavor without making the recipe complicated.

And there’s no standing over a skillet frying batches. Shape the mixture into six generous patties, brush them with melted butter, and let the oven do the work. I give them one more little butter brushing near the end so the outside gets that deep golden-brown finish. 😍
