Why did I join FBLA? I joined FBLA because of leadership and service opportunities. Iโ€™m always looking for ways to increase my leadership potential. The BAA Award program has helped me learn more about the organization, myself, relationships, communication, goal setting, and leadership. My favorite memory is our Thanksgiving Service Project. We packed meals for families in our community at a local church.
