The William and Joanne Conway Transitioning Warrior Nursing Scholars Initiative is offered each semester to up to four new students in the incoming Veterans to BSN (VBSN) cohort. Selected recipients receive funding totaling 50% of the cost of tuition to be used towards tuition or received as a stipend divided across the first four semesters of study.

I am excited to announce that I have officially accepted an offer as a new grad nurse in the Emergency Department at George Washington University Hospital!
After a long semester finishing my senior preceptorship on the COVID unit and continuing to work almost full time as a tech on the oncology and bone marrow transplant unit at GW, I am so excited to see what this new opportunity has in store! Now the countdown is on for graduation in less than a month and the NCLEX! 🩺🎓
