We have new homes under counstruction and are openig a new phase in fall of 2010. Carver is owned by Eldie Weber and managed by Brian Lammers

There are no lots left in Carver Heights but Clay Ridge Estates has new lots available. Carver Heights Phase 4 should be starting in 2016!

Sod is being cut, it runs about $2.00-$2.50 sq. yard delivered to your house on pallets. You have to prep and lay. Joe from Great Plains is going to give anyone prices that does not want to do the labor, he lays in big rolls. Call him at 563-584-8988 for a quote.
